Shipping within India
- We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing them.
- Our shipments are assisted by our trusted logistics partners. We will provide you with tracking details of your shipment once the order has been shipped.
- Shipping timelines and availability are subject to change without prior notice, especially if for reasons outside our reasonable control.
- If you have any queries regarding the status of your order/shipment, please write to us at shipping@thelipbalmco.in, and support@thelipbalmco.in along with your order number, full name and phone number.
International Shipping
- A cancellation charge of 5% will be applicable if you choose to cancel your order after making payment.
- Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched.
- Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun.
- These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments.

- For personal care/ cosmeceuticals / nutraceuticals, destination country may charge a duty levy, to be borne by the customer.
- It takes a maximum of 2 business days to dispatch the ordered products from the date of placing the order.
- It will take a maximum of 7 - 10 business days for the product to reach your destination from the date of shipment or Generation of AWB (Air Waybill).
