Shipping within India

  1. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that your orders are shipped within 5 business days of placing them. 
  2. Our shipments are assisted by our trusted logistics partners. We will provide you with tracking details of your shipment once the order has been shipped.
  3. Shipping timelines and availability are subject to change without prior notice, especially if for reasons outside our reasonable control.
  4. If you have any queries regarding the status of your order/shipment, please write to us at shipping@thelipbalmco.in, and support@thelipbalmco.in along with your order number, full name and phone number.

International Shipping

  1. A cancellation charge of 5% will be applicable if you choose to cancel your order after making payment.
  2. Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched.
  3. Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun.
  4. These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments.

  6. For personal care/ cosmeceuticals / nutraceuticals, destination country may charge a duty levy, to be borne by the customer.
  7. It takes a maximum of 2 business days to dispatch the ordered products from the date of placing the order.
  8. It will take a maximum of 7 - 10 business days for the product to reach your destination from the date of shipment or Generation of AWB (Air Waybill).
